Civil Action No. 26-CV-0517 — SUMMONS IN A CIVIL ACTION

TO THE DEFENDANTS:

A lawsuit has been filed against you by Channel Six News Corp.

The action concerns alleged violations of human rights involving rebels, civilians, and members of NBTF staff, including allegations concerning dangerous conditions and the treatment and safety of individuals within the Facility.

Channel Six News Corp. is seeking $5,000,000 USD in monetary compensation.

You are required to respond to the complaint within 21 days after service of this summons, not counting the day you receive it. Your response must be served upon the plaintiff or the plaintiff's representative and filed with the Court as required.

If you fail to respond, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
